Our Ambassadors

Chhavi Chhavi

Acadia University

Hi everyone! My name is Chhavi (she/her), and I’m a second-year Computer Science student at Acadia. I became a KIS Ambassador because I love good vibes, meeting new people, and making sure the fun doesn’t come with regrets. When I’m not studying, you’ll probably find me dancing, baking, or convincing my friends to go on random adventures.

Anaya Singh

Cape Breton University

Hello, I’m Anaya Singh. I’m a third-year Music Major at CBU. I grew up in India and later moved to Canada for my Bachelor’s. I currently live in residence, where I’m an RA, and a mental health facilitator at our university’s healthcare centre. As a KIS Ambassador, I’m looking forward to raising awareness, meeting new people, and helping them understand the importance of harm reduction.

This is my second year as a KIS ambassador, alongside Robyn, and we look forward to another year of fun events while educating our peers about the importance of safe consumption!

Tanya Gwese

Saint Mary's University

I’m a third-year Bachelor of Commerce student at Saint Mary’s, pursuing a double major in Management Information Systems and Human Resources. Beyond academics, I love being involved on campus and meeting new people, whether it’s through student leadership, volunteering, or just helping other students feel at home. I’m big on creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and where they can have fun.

Hanna Whytewood

St. Francis Xavier University

I’m Hanna and I’m so excited to be a Keep It Social Ambassador this year! I’m a third-year BSc Psychology student at StFX. When I’m not in class or at work, you can find me with my nose in a book or grabbing coffee with friends. Through this role I’ll be sharing tips, tricks, and events to help us all get the most of student life. Let’s keep it social!
